The City of Bowling Green will be accepting names at Bowling Green City Hall for drawing to hunt at Bowling Green City Lakes. Must be Bowling Green City resident, age 16 and older, to enter drawing. Two names will be drawn at random for hunting rights August 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. Hunting rights are for archery only on deer and turkey only. No other hunting will be allowed. The two names drawn will be allowed to present three names each, at least one more must be Bowling Green city resident, for a total of eight hunters. Specific directions on hunting area and more rules and regulations will be given after names have been drawn. The City of Bowling Green reserves the right to stop all hunting for any reason at any time.

Please stop by Bowling Green City Hall, 16 W. Church St., Bowling Green to fill out form and submit copy of hunting license. Forms must be filled out in person, cannot be submitted by another individual. Persons hunting August 2025 through May 2026 are not eligible.

Deadline to submit the form will be 3 pm Thursday, July 9, 2026. Drawing will take place Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 4 pm, at Bowling Green City Hall.
