Billing

All bills are issued through the City’s billing department. This department keeps track of monies owed to the City for services such as water, sewer, trash and miscellaneous accounts receivables. The billing department is also responsible for the billing of City personal and real estate taxes.

Collections

Collections are handled by the assistant city collector. This office receives utility payments, rental payments, license fees and reconciles payments with the City’s accounts.
